The high-efficiency gas dissolution device is based on a special venturi water projector, and selectively matches the optomagnetic coupling auxiliary module according to the water quality to further improve the mixing efficiency. Specialized water jets have a unique hose structure compared to conventional jets. At the same time, the unique mechanical structure of the throat part can also ensure that the gas effectively cuts the jet water column and forms micro-nano bubbles, and finally these micro-nano bubbles enter the advanced catalytic oxidation tank, increasing the utilization rate of ozone.
Compared with the conventional aeration plate dosing method, it can increase the ozone utilization rate by 10~20% and effectively reduce the dosage of ozone. Jet (venturi tube), also known as water jet, it is composed of three parts: nozzle, suction chamber and expansion tube, is a multi-purpose aeration method developed by using the principle of negative jet pressure, unique mixed air chamber design, strong water flow and air mixing and spraying, so that the stirring is even, complete, and the bubbles produced are many and delicate.
